TRYOUT Schedule: (COST: $20)
- Sunday, November 2nd and Monday, November 3rd, 2025:
- 12U/13U: Sunday, Nov. 2nd, 1:00 PM–3:00 PM; Monday, Nov. 3rd, 5:00 PM–6:30 PM
- 14U: Sunday, Nov. 2nd, 3:30 PM–5:30 PM; Monday, Nov. 3rd, 6:30 PM–8:00 PM
- Offers: Sent out on Tuesday, November 4th, 2025;
- acceptance deadline is Thursday, November 6th, 2025 by 5PM.
- In the offer letter, each player will be informed of the team they are being offered and the name of the coach.
2025-26 CIE 12U National Program
Eligibility
- Age Group: Typically 6th graders.
- Birthdate Range: Players born between July 2013 and June 2014.
Program Cost
- Season Fee: $850.
- Inclusions:
- 2 practice shirts.
- 2 t-shirt jerseys.
- Coaches' pay and travel expenses.
- Entry to all tournaments.
12U Payment Plan
- $250 due upon accepting the offer
- $200 due on December 1st
- $200 due on January 1st
- $200 due on February 1st
Offer Timeline
- Initial Offers: Sent out by Tuesday, November 4th.
- Acceptance Deadline for Initial Offers: Thursday, November 6th by 5PM.
- Follow-Up Offers: Sent Thursday, November 6th after 5PM.
- Acceptance Deadline for Follow-Up Offers: Friday, November 7th.

All practices (unless otherwise noted) will take place at the Louisville Slugger Dome. The schedule is subject to change based on availability and team needs.

- February Practices (Sundays, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM):
- February 1st.
- February 15th.
- March - May Practices (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM):
- Starting Tuesday, March 17th.
- Continuing through Thursday, May 28th.
2025-26 CIE 13U/14U National Program
Age Group Eligibility
- 13U: Typically 7th graders with birthdates between July 2012 and June 2013.
- 14U: Typically 8th graders with birthdates between July 2011 and June 2012.
Program Cost
The season fee: $1,350.

Practice Schedule
All practices through February will be held at the Louisville Slugger Dome unless otherwise noted. The first practice is scheduled for Friday, November 7th from 5:00–7:00 PM.

March–June Practices
Practices begin on Tuesday, March 17th (7:00–9:00 PM) and continue on Tuesdays and Thursdays through Thursday, April 9th.
Starting after April 9th, the schedule switches to:
- Mondays and Wednesdays: 6:30–9:00 PM
- Fridays: 5:00–7:00 PM
The season concludes with the final practice on Wednesday, June 3rd.
