Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2026 HIGH SCHOOL LOCAL PROGRAM

Fees paid to the club are non-refundable except in cases of a season-ending injury, illness, or relocation out of the area. In this instance, refunds may be granted with a written request to the club director. After practice has started, refunds may be prorated based on the length of participation

2025 CIE Youth Fall Program

Refunds will be given for the following reasons. 1) Season ending injury ( it will be prorated). 2) Moving out of the area.

2026 HIGH SCHOOL TRAVEL LITE

Fees paid to the club are non-refundable except cases of a season ending injury, illness or relocation out of the area. In this instance, refunds may be granted with a written request to the club director. After practice has started, refunds will be pro-rated based on length on participation.

25/26 CIE Boys Program

Fees paid to the club are non-refundable except cases of a season ending injury, illness or relocation out of the area. In this instance, refunds may be granted with a written request to the club director. After practice has started, refunds will be pro-rated based on length on participation. If we do not have enough interest in a Boys program, you will not be invoiced unless you want to become a practice player.

High School National Try-outs

No refunds will be given for the Try-Out registration.

HOSTED TOURNAMENTS

Full Refund will be given to teams that drop 10 days before the event.
