Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
HIGH SCHOOL NATIONAL PROGRAM
Fees paid to the club are non-refundable except cases of a season ending injury, illness or relocation out of the area. In this instance, refunds may be granted with a written request to the club director. After practice has started, refunds will be pro-rated based on length on participation.
2025 CIE SUMMER CAMPS
All Camps are fully refundable up to 2 days before the camp starts. The Karagan Coggin camp is fully refundable up to 15 days before the camp starts.
2025 CIE Summer HS Boys
Fees paid to the club are non-refundable except cases of a season ending injury, illness or relocation out of the area. In this instance, refunds may be granted with a written request to the club director. After practice has started, refunds will be pro-rated based on length on participation. If we do not have enough interest in a Boys program, you will not be invoiced unless you want to become a practice player.
HOSTED TOURNAMENTS
Full Refund will be given to teams that drop 10 days before the event.
Jr High National Program

Youth Spring Programs
